Detailed Description The present disclosure generally relates to a combined game controller and information input device for controlling electronic games and inputting information into a computing device, also referred to herein as video games, computer and application games. The device preferably comprises a computer device, an electronic game communicating with the computer device and an input device for controlling the movement of a virtual object provided by the electronic game and inputting information into the computer device. In an unclaimed embodiment, the input device includes a pair of opposing side structures that abut opposite sides of a plurality of sides of the computing device. The input device preferably further includes a plurality of input switches, the input switches adjacent to each of the at least two opposite sides of the plurality of sides of the computing device, and a bridge structure disposed between the pair of sides to form a three-sided structure. The third structure reduces inadvertent removal of the computing device from the three-sided structure when the computing device is fully embedded in the three-sided structure. Referring now to the drawings, FIG. 1 shows an example game controller and information entry device ("G&D") 100. The example G&D 100 has at least one computing device 102 (also referred to herein as computing device 102) that provides a variety of pages such as 104, 106, 108 and 126. The plurality of pages 104, 106 and 108 are each disposed between an electronic display screen 110 of the computing device 102 and a back 112 (shown in FIG. 2) of the computing device 102 in operation. The G&D 100 preferably further includes an input device 114. The computing device 102 may take the form of a tablet computer, smartphone, notebook computer, or other portable computing device. In an embodiment not claimed, the input device 114 provides a pair of side structures 116 and 118 with a bridge structure 115 interposed therebetween. One of the pair of page structures, for example 116, abuts and bounds the computing device 102 on a first page, such as 104, of the plurality of pages 104, 106, 108 and 126 of the computing device 102. The second page structure of the pair of page structures, such as 118, is adjacent to and bounded by computing device 102 on a second side, such as 108, of the plurality of pages 104, 106, 108 and 126 of computing device 102, the first and second pages, such as 104 and 108, of the plurality of pages 104, 106, 108 and 126 of the computing device 102 are opposite sides of the plurality of pages 104, 106, 108 and 126 of the computing device 102. An apparatus comprising: a computing device, the computing device providing a plurality of pages, each of the plurality of pages disposed between an electronic screen of the computing device and a back of the computing device; a pair of delimiting structures, each delimiting structure of the pair of delimiting structures adjacent to and delimiting the computing device on at least two opposite sides of the plurality of sides of the computing device, and wherein at least one delimiting structure of the pair of delimiting structures is a communication link for forwarding electronic signals to the computing device having; a pair of control modules, each control module of the pair of control modules providing input module openings, each input module opening securing an instructional input device, the input module openings adjoining each of the at least two opposite sides of the plurality of sides of the computing device, and each control module of the pair of control modules one of each Delimiting structure of the pair of delimiting structures is a separate and distinct structure that does not form a structural part of a delimiting structure of the pair of delimiting structures, each delimiting structure of the pair of delimiting structures being arranged between an associated control module of the pair of control modules and the computing device; and a structural bridge, the structural bridge being a distinct and distinct structure separate from each boundary structure of the pair of boundary structures that interconnects the pair of boundary structures, each control module of the pair of control modules providing an attachment structure that cooperates with the associated boundary structure, wherein each mounting structure of each control module attaches the associated control module to the associated boundary structure, and wherein the structural bridge comprises: a line between the pair of control modules; and a fastening mechanism cooperating with at least one of the boundary structures of the pair of boundary structures, the fastening mechanism fastening the pair of boundary structures to one another. [2] 2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a data storage device bounded by the instruction input device and communicating with the computing device. [3] 3. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary power source that is delimited by the input device and communicates with the computing device. [4] 4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the instruction input device is a video game instruction input device and wherein the video game instruction input device passes electronic signals through the communication link to the computing device, the electronic signals controlling images displayed on the display screen of the computing device. [5] 5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the instruction input device is a removable keyboard module. [6] 6. The device of claim 1, wherein the structural bridge is a rigid structure. [7] 7. The device of claim 6, wherein the rigid structural bridge is an interchangeable rigid structure. [8] 8. The device of claim 1, wherein the structural bridge is a flexible structure. [9] 9. The device of claim 8, wherein the flexible structural bridge is an interchangeable flexible structure. [10] 10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communication link is a signal path. [11] 11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the signal path is a metal path. [12] 12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the signal path is a fiber optic path. [13] 13. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communication link provides a communication platform. [14] 14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the communication platform is a wired communication platform. [15] 15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the communication platform is a wireless communication platform. [16] 16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the wireless communication platform operates in a frequency range of 2.4 GHz. [17] 17. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the wireless communication platform is a personal network. [18] 18. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the wireless communication platform uses infrared technology for data transactions. 1ο CO CS CH 712 137 B1
